TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Applicability
    These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, work and agreements entered into by VoltGo Elektro.
  2. Quotations
    Quotations are provided without obligation and remain valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.
  3. Work
    VoltGo Elektro carries out electrical work carefully and in accordance with the applicable Dutch safety standards.
  4. Prices
    All prices include or exclude VAT, as stated in the quotation or invoice.
    Additional work that has not been agreed in advance may be invoiced separately.
  5. Payment
    Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  6. Cancellation
    If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, VoltGo Elektro reserves the right to charge any costs already incurred.
  7. Warranty
    A reasonable warranty applies to the work carried out, provided that the defect was not caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or work carried out by third parties.
  8. Liability
    VoltGo Elektro is liable only for direct loss or damage resulting from demonstrable errors made while carrying out the work.
  9. Force majeure
    VoltGo Elektro is not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  10. Governing law
    All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
